(1) Organization shall provide hotel accommodations (from check-in on 2nd to check-out on 11th October/with breakfast), per diem, and all concert tickets for ISCM ExCom. and one chief delegate of each sections and associate members.

(2) Organization shall provide hotel accommodations for 3 nights (with breakfast) and concert tickets for composers whoﾕs work is nominated on the program of WMD2001. Those composers can extend their stay with their own expense.

(3) Organization shall provide hotel rooms and Home-Stay Program for composers and general participants from abroad with thier own expense.

All reservations of accommodations for WMD2001 will be made by Organization. The room charge covered by Organization will be paid directly to the hotel. The additional room charge and other expenses, such as telephone, room services and etc. should be paid by the individual participants at check-out.

WMD2001 will keep a few rooms for single use and twin use available at another deluxe hotel in case of the official hotel is filled. Their charge is a little higher than the official hotelﾕs.

With this program, overseas participants can stay at local residence at the cost of JPY2,000 (US$ 17 appx.) per a night per a person. As for further information, please contact seretariat/head office of WMD2001 before July 10th, 2001. This program is supported by Yokohama Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Other than accommodation fee, registration fee of JPY15,000 (US$ 125 approx.) is needed to take part in the festival for general participants except ISCM ExCom. members, chief delegates, composers whoﾕs work is nominated on the program. The fee includes all concert tickets and welcome and farewell parties.

From Narita International Airport to Yokohama Station

By Airport Limousine Bus:
90~120 minutes from Narita Airport to Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT). It costs JPY3,500 one way. YCAT is located by JR Yokohama Station East Entrance. When you use this bus, please ask to Airport Limousion Bus Counter at Narita Airport with your hotel name.


By Train:
84 minutes ride from Narita Airport to JR Yokohama Station by JR Narita Express. It costs JPY4,180 one way, all reserved seat. If you use local train other than JR Narita Express, it takes more time, but costs approximately JPY2,000 one way.



From Yokohama Station (or YCAT) to Yokohama Minato Mirai Area

By Taxi:
5~10 minutes from Yokohama Station (or YCAT) to your hotel or Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall. It costs approximately JPY1,000.


By Bus:
Take bus no.141 from bus stop C-17 located at Yokohama Station East Entrance. This bus must be bound for Pacifico Yokohama and your stop is Queenﾕs Square Yokohama very near from Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall and our official hotel. It takes approximately 10 minutes and costs JPY210.


By Train:
You can take the JR Negishi Line, Tokyu Toyoko Line or Municipal Subway Line from Yokohama Station to Sakuragi-cho Station. It takes a few minutes and costs about JPY150. And an approximately 15 minutes walk from Sakuragi-cho Station to your hotel or Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall.

For general participants except ISCM ExCom. members, chief delegates, composers whoﾕs work is nominated on the program of WMD2001, we need your registration fee in amount of JPY15,000 by August 20th 2001. Please remit the fee by international postal money order to the following postal giro number:

No reservation will be confirmed at deadline of August 20th 2001 in the absence of remittance.

All deposits are not refundable with the exception of cancellation of the festival.
